01 Approach

How I work

I started as a developer, spending long hours writing code by hand. I still own the production result — I have changed how I get there. I design the system, direct agents to build it, and spend my time testing and validating what comes back. Work that used to take weeks takes days.

That is not a description of a tool I tried once. Day-to-day operations run on an agent stack I built and maintain — an MCP-connected system that does everything from software development, accounting and compliance.

M Studio is the client-facing side of Huldin Group. I work with small companies where every decision matters and speed is everything — understanding the operation first, then designing technology that fits it.

— AI and workflow automation: find where the time goes, then build pipelines that handle it without babysitting.
— System architecture: stack design, and integrations across CRM, ERP, APIs and databases, with room to grow without a rebuild.
— Digital products: web applications and internal tools people actually use.
